Forms of payment:

The reservation will be confirmed only upon receipt of proof of payment in the amount of 50% of the package, sent by e-mail or fax.
The remaining 50% must be paid at the end of the stay, at the time of check-out.
The Inn is not operating with credit cards.

Cancellation policy

To make the cancellation, requests should be sent directly to our e-mail: pousadatartarugas@terra.com.br or by fax: (31) 3292 3101.
Charges of cancellation will be applied as below:

Up to seven days prior to check-in: 95% return of the deposit.
Within six days before the day referred to the check-in: no return of the deposit.
No show: no return of the deposit value.

The guest can provide his replacement by another guest, with the same conditions and at the same date.
